STAGES ST. LOUIS Presents Joseph And The Amazing
Technicolor Dreamcoat

Stages St. Louis will present the 2nd show of its 2008 season, Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at The Robert G. Reim Theater in Kirkwood from July 18 – August 17.

This biblical musical parable of a boy blessed with prophetic dreams who is sold into slavery only to find adventure and redemption in Egypt, marks the first time that an Andrew Lloyd Webber musical has been performed at Stages.

STAGES ST. LOUIS Announces 2008 Holiday Show

Stages St. Louis will present its first ever holiday production this December, when it brings Little Women, The Musical to the historic Roberts Orpheum Theatre, formerly known as The American Theatre, in downtown St. Louis December 5 – 28.

Little Women follows the touching and timeless story of the March sisters - Meg, Jo, Beth and Amy - as they grow up in Civil War America, and features book by Allan Knee, music by Jason Howland and lyrics by Mindi Dickstein. Based on the beloved Louisa May Alcott novel, Little Women enjoyed a Broadway run and national tour in 2005. The Stages production will run for 29 performances with evening performances beginning at 7:30 pm and matinees beginning at 2:00 pm.  Tickets will be available beginning July 7, 2008.

STAGES ST. LOUIS Presents Thoroughly Modern Millie

Stages St. Louis will open its 2008 season with Thoroughly Modern Millie at The Robert G. Reim Theater in Kirkwood from May 30 – June 29.

Race into the roaring twenties with Millie Dillmount, who encounters frisky flappers, dashing leading men, and a dragon-lady of a villainess that audiences will love to hate. Follow this small town girl on a modern quest through Manhattan to find and marry her wealthy boss – whoever he may be. Millie had its Broadway premiere at the Marquis Theater in 2002. It ran for 903 performances, won 6 Tony Awards, including Best Musical, and catapulted unknown ensemble member Sutton Foster into the role of Broadway starlet

and leading lady.
