Meet the TEENS



Jack Brody is a sophomore at Parkway Central High School. This is Jack’s second year as a member of the Triple Threat TEENS. Previous roles at the STAGES Performing Arts Academy include “Grand Master Chad” in Legally Blonde the Musical Jr.“Santa Claus” in Elf Jr., “Anthony” in The Theory of Relativity and “Tom Collins” in RENT: School Edition. After high school, Jack desires to major in mechanical engineering or criminology. Jack would like to thank his mom and dad for always supporting him.


Kennedy is 17 years old and a senior at Parkway West High School. She is a member of the International Thespian Society and is a drama club officer at her school. Her favorite roles include “Mrs. Cohen" in RENT: School Edition, “Sister Mary Robert” in Sister Act, and “Sally” in You're a Good Man Charlie Brown. This is her first year of being in Triple Threats TEENS and she hopes to pursue a career in acting after graduating.


Molly Carl is a senior at Lutheran High St. Charles. This past summer she was a “Featured Teen” in STAGES St. Louis’ production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. She loves coffee, tea, Disney, and most importantly musical theatre! This is her third year with the Triple Threat TEENS and past roles include: “Rapunzel”/”Florinda” in Into the Woods and “Julie” in The Theory of Relativity. After high school, Molly intends to pursue a BFA in the Performing Arts.


Carson Davis is a freshman at Fort Zumwalt West High School. He has performed with numerous theater companies, including Young People’s Theater and O’ Fallon Theater Works. Previous roles include “Scar” in The Lion King Jr., “Charlie/Chadwick” in Elf Jr., with the most recent role being “Charlie Brown” in the STAGES Triple Threats production of Snoopy! The Musical. He would like to thank his family, friends and especially Tali and Ellen for their assistance and encouragement throughout the year.


Nyla Green is 16 years old and currently attends Nerinx Hall High School. This is her second year being a part of Triple Threat TEENS. Her favorite roles include “Catherine” in The Theory of Relativity and “Ensemble” in RENT: School Edition. After high school, Nyla would like to major in Musical Theatre and Dance, and minor in Mechanical Engineering.


Olivia Limbaugh is a freshman at Parkway Central High School and has been with the Triple Threats family for 5 years. This past summer, she performed as part of the “Children’s Ensemble” in STAGES St. Louis’ production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Previous roles at the Academy include “Sour Kangaroo” in Seussical, “Centipede” in James and the Giant Peach Jr., and “Pigpen” in Snoopy! The Musical. Other roles include “Frieda” in Carrie the Musical and “Rosie” in Really Rosie at Gateway Center for Performing Arts.


Louis Luong is a 17 year old senior at Oakville High School. This is his second year with the Triple Threat TEENS and he is thrilled to see what this year has in store! Previous roles with the Academy include “Chuck Cranston” in Footloose, “Paul” in The Theory of Relativity and “Roger Davis” in RENT: School Edition. He has also performed the role of “Bert” in Mary Poppins at Notre Dame High School and was featured in the Ensemble for Meet Me in St. Louis at Christ Memorial Productions. In college, Louis plans to major in Neuroscience with a certificate in Music Theatre.


Justin is a 17 year old senior at Marquette High School. This is his fourth year being a part of the Triple Threats family! He takes Jazz III and Ballet at the Academy. This past summer, he was a “Featured Teen” in STAGES St. Louis’ production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Previous productions and roles with the STAGES Performing Arts Academy include “Donkey” in Shrek Jr., “Emmett” in Legally Blonde Jr., and “Angel Dumott Schunard” in RENT: School Edition. After high school, Justin plans to study Musical Theatre at the university level.


Cate Phillips is currently a sophomore at Visitation Academy. She is very involved in Viz Theatre, with roles in the “Nun Chorus” in Nunsense and “Margie” in Bye Bye Birdie. She has danced at Krupinski Academy for the past 10 years. This is her first year as a Triple Threat TEEN, and she is very excited to work and perform with this amazing group of people. Cate couldn't be more thankful for her family and friends supporting her. She would also like to thank her many teachers for giving her guidance and encouragement. She's thrilled to learn and grow this year!


Emma Resek is thrilled to be a member of the Triple Threat TEENS! She is a senior this year at Marquette High School. Emma plans to pursue a B.F.A in Musical Theater and a minor in Social Work. This past summer, she was a “Featured Teen” in STAGES St. Louis’ production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor DreamcoatShe has performed in seven productions with the Academy, including "Jack" in Into the Woods, "Jovie" in Elf Jr., and "Cat" in Honk! She has performed in four MUNY productions and recently performed the role of "Shprintze" in Fiddler on the Roof.


Caden Self is a homeschooled sophomore who loves training at STAGES Performing Arts Academy! He is enjoying his second year of being a member of Triple Threat TEENS, after having been a member of Triple Threats for four years. Caden has performed with the St. Louis Repertory Theatre, the MUNY, St. Louis Opera Theatre, STAGES St. Louis, and many local community theatre groups. He has had the honor of being a recipient of the St. Louis Filmmakers Showcase Best Juvenile Actor Award, as well as being a two-time recipient of the Arts for Life Best Juvenile Performance Award. Caden plans to pursue a career in the entertainment industry.


Ashley is a 15 year old sophomore at Lafayette High School and is so excited to be in her third year in the Triple Threats program! You may have recently seen her in The Theory of Relativity as “Ginny” or in Footloose as “Wendy Jo”. Ashley would like to thank her family for everything they have done to support her and to Tali and Ellen for being amazing instructors.


Carly Rae is thrilled to be in her third year of Triple Threat TEENS! She is a homeschooled high school senior and has been doing musical theatre since she was 10. Two of her favorite roles with STAGES Performing Arts Academy include “Miss Hannigan” in Annie Jr. and “Jenny” in The Theory of RelativityNext year, Carly Rae plans to study musical theatre in college to pursue her dreams of becoming a performer. She loves STAGES and is so grateful for her Triple Threat TEENS family!


Austin is a senior at Collinsville High School and Vice President of the Drama Club & Thespian Troupe 643. His past productions at Collinsville High School include Almost Maine, Seussical, Game of Tiaras, and A Christmas Carol and was recently in the STAGES Performing Arts Academy’s production of performed in RENT: School Edition. He is very happy and grateful to be part of Triple Threat TEENS and plans to continue studying musical theater in college and ultimately move to NYC to work in musical theater.
