St. Louis Auditions

*To sign up for an appointment, please call 314.604.6127 Monday through Friday between 10:00am and 3:00pm beginning Tuesday, January 9th, 2018. All AEA members will have top priority in making appointments.

Performers must be at least 18 years or older and bring a headshot and resume.  You must be able to show proof that you are 18 years old by May 1, 2018.  Please have one season appropriate piece of 32 bars prepared.  Additional vocal material will be upon request.  No lead sheets; no transpositions.  An accompanist will be provided.  Songs from the current season are fine.

Saturday, January 20
Open Chorus Call

  • Men at 10:00am (Sign-up: 8:45a.m. – 9:45a.m.)
  • Women at 2pm (Sign-up: 1p.m. – 1:50p.m.)

For the Saturday Chorus Audition, expect to dance first.  Applicants will be asked to sing on an as needed basis.  You must be signed up by the appropriate time in order to be seen that day.  Please bring character, tap and jazz shoes.  Please have one season appropriate piece of 32 bars prepared.  Additional vocal material will be upon request.  No lead sheets; no transpositions.  An accompanist will be provided.  Songs from the current season are fine.

Contract

STAGES works under a L.O.A. to C.O.S.T. Equity contract. Each season we hire a select number of non-Equity actors. All performers not signed to an Equity contract are hired with pay and are eligible to register with the Equity Membership Candidate Program.
