THE THREE TENORS Cabaret Raises Over Fifty Thousand Dollars! (8.19.11)

On August 15, 2011, STAGES ST. LOUIS hosted its third annual Cabaret fundraiser at the Robert G. Reim Theatre in Kirkwood, a benefit for the organization’s Education and Outreach Programs. Three Tenors: To Broadway and Beyond raised $52,400, surpassing fundraising goals, as well as support generated by the 2010 Cabaret. The event was co-hosted by New York actress Julie Cardia, star of STAGES current production The Secret Garden, and STAGES Executive Producer Jack Lane. STAGES ST. LOUIS RECEIVES $30,000 GRANT FROM MONSANTO FUND (12.6.10)

The Monsanto Fund has presented a $30,000 grant to STAGES ST. LOUIS for the organization's Urban Arts Initiative (UAI) program. The program provides performing arts education to underserved students in the St. Louis area. The grant will allow STAGES to increase accessibility to the arts for children by expanding its collaborations with Herbert Hoover Boys and Girls Club, Grace Hill Head Start, City Academy, Marian Middle School, the St. Louis Archdiocese Schools and Confluence Academy, as well as develop a new partnership with the Ritenour School District. .......download rest of article.

APPLAUSE! 2010 Raises Over a Quarter Million Dollars (11.16.10)

On Friday, November 12, 2010 STAGES ST. LOUIS hosted the ninth annual APPLAUSE! Gala at the Ritz-Carlton, a benefit which provides significant funding for Education and Outreach Programs and support for the employment of St. Louis artists.
